Admission Requirements
1) SKC Graduate Admissions Application
2) Official High School Transcript or Official GED Scores or Official HiSET with completion date;
3) Official College Transcript(s) from all colleges you attended including baccalaureate degree confirmation;
4) Tribal Certification Release Form (if applicable; must be official documentation if you are an enrolled member or a descendant);
5) Verification of Residency (needs to date back one full year);
6) Immunization Records (proof of 1st & 2nd MMR, TB skin test within last five years; applicants born before 1-1-1957 need only TB skin test);
7) Submittal of a one-page, type-written statement by the applicant of their preparation for graduate studies, goals in the graduate program, and potential area of research or project;
8) Three (3) letters of recommendation, preferably on letterhead, from people who are in a position to make relevant comments on your intent and potential success in the graduate program. At least two (2) of the three (3) letters should be from current or former college or university faculty familiar with your scholarship and related activities.;
9) Resume or CV (please be thorough); and
10) Completed interview with a Graduation Program Admissions Committee. You will be contacted to schedule this interview.
